Intense aromas of plums and caramelised apricots with a hint of wood and bitter orange to balance the fruit sweetness. Wonderfully complex and mouth-filling fruit on the palate, a spicy caramel note, intense sweetness but very balanced and fresh on the finish.

SALOMON ESTATE vineyards are located in Finniss River, on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia at 120m above sea level.

Vinification

"Tawny Salomon 30 years" is an aged liquor wine made of the grape varieties Syrah, Grenache and Touriga. The "Tawny S." was aged in used 300-litre wooden barrels.
